If there’s something wrong with the product or service you bought, or if you are not satisfied with it, you have one (1) week from the date of purchase to request a refund and return your product.

Refunds

On rare occasions, we may not have the product you choose in stock or may face issues with inventory and quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it. If it meets our return guidelines, we will proceed to issue a refund. Your refund may take a few business days to process; you will be notified once the transaction is complete.

Shipping

Prime Mobiles is not responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping fees for returns must be paid by the customer. This applies even if the original purchase included free shipping.
